Victor will introduce Canadians for Disclosure, who they are, and what their plan is.

He’ll also talk about the Sky Canada Project, Canada’s first review of UAP, and some of the tactics and strategies we’ve been using to engage Members of Parliament and citizens.

He’ll look at how those tactics and strategies might relate to ICER and the general public.

And finally, he’ll suggest why he believes the recent Pentagon UAP file releases are a ruse and subterfuge.

The Roswell Whistleblowers - The True Heroes of Disclosure

Of the over 650 witnesses we have interviewed who were directly or indirectly involved with the famous Roswell Incident of 1947, over 150 were firsthand. Over 150 potential whistleblowers who were never given the chance by any government officials to testify to the truth about what really happened when the first atomic bomb squadron stationed at Roswell announced they had captured a "flying saucer." Anyone of them who could have broken the biggest cover-up in the history of America - if given the chance. We will hear it from their mouths and you will all be the judge as to who is telling the truth. These true heroes or the US government.

Partnership with NHI

The presentation examines a theory that the Earth is being monitored by UAP/NHI and that was recently successfully tested through a predicted UAP event at a specific location. The event was announced and recorded by RTE National Television of Ireland and witnessed by the general public.

This first test of the theory provides the opportunity for knowing future events and collecting scientific data for analysis.

However, the most important aspect of these results is the possibility of making contact with UAP/NHI by applying combined psionics and technologies.

This phase of the research made psionics contact with UAP/NHI. This breakthrough has led to developing new communications technologies to create this partnership with UAP/NHI.

1950's Contactees : George King - The Cosmic Voice

Ananda had a personal encounter on 8th July 1964, during which he realized that telepathic communication with flying saucers is possible. This led him on the road to investigating the 1950's contactees who held a colorful spectrum of views about visitors from space and other planes of existence. Lights, Crafts and Creatures in Hessdalen

Hessdalen is well known for its light phenomena, but there are many cases of reported crafts and creatures. This presentation will simply list 16 of the most known cases.

One case reports about an information download. One case indicates that the creatures noticed the observer, but in all other cases the creatures seemed to be indifferent to the humans.
