Victor will introduce Canadians for Disclosure, who they are, and what their plan is.

He’ll also talk about the Sky Canada Project, Canada’s first review of UAP, and some of the tactics and strategies we’ve been using to engage Members of Parliament and citizens.

He’ll look at how those tactics and strategies might relate to ICER and the general public.

And finally, he’ll suggest why he believes the recent Pentagon UAP file releases are a ruse and subterfuge.

The Roswell Whistleblowers - The True Heroes of Disclosure

Of the over 650 witnesses we have interviewed who were directly or indirectly involved with the famous Roswell Incident of 1947, over 150 were firsthand. Over 150 potential whistleblowers who were never given the chance by any government officials to testify to the truth about what really happened when the first atomic bomb squadron stationed at Roswell announced they had captured a "flying saucer." Anyone of them who could have broken the biggest cover-up in the history of America - if given the chance. We will hear it from their mouths and you will all be the judge as to who is telling the truth. These true heroes or the US government.

Partnership with NHI

The presentation examines a theory that the Earth is being monitored by UAP/NHI and that was recently successfully tested through a predicted UAP event at a specific location. The event was announced and recorded by RTE National Television of Ireland and witnessed by the general public.

This first test of the theory provides the opportunity for knowing future events and collecting scientific data for analysis.

However, the most important aspect of these results is the possibility of making contact with UAP/NHI by applying combined psionics and technologies.

This phase of the research made psionics contact with UAP/NHI. This breakthrough has led to developing new communications technologies to create this partnership with UAP/NHI.

Multi-Intelligence Revolution

In this presentation, Jim Garrison, PhD, will speak to the reality that humanity is facing three separate intelligences distinct from itself — nature intelligence, artificial intelligence and cosmic intelligence. The central fact of our time is that we are not alone and we cannot make it alone. We need to understand and collaborate with these other intelligences to survive and thrive into the future.

Preparedness Planning for Disclosure - A Public Health View

What would governments, health systems and communities need to do if authoritative information about non-human intelligence were to emerge suddenly? John Priestland will outline uNHIdden’s work on preparedness planning for disclosure, examining the potential psychological, social and public-health consequences of a major shift in humanity’s understanding of its place in the world. The presentation will argue for an evidence-informed, medically led and ontologically agnostic approach, with particular emphasis on public communication, mental-health support, vulnerable groups, trusted institutions and practical planning before any such event occurs.

Opening remarks

UFOs and the Nature of Reality

UFOs have been reported for centuries and still resist every attempt to pin them down. This talk argues the resistance is the clue. Two well-documented findings collide: what witnesses perceive conforms to the witness — yet the same encounters leave measurable burns and injuries. 

Something shapes itself to a person's consciousness and still scorches the body. By everything we believe about reality, that should be impossible.
Ideological answers like "demons" only describe how a witness felt, not what was there. 

Drawing on mind–matter research and quantum physics, the talk proposes a third path beyond subjective and objective — and asks whether our picture of reality is even correct.

A Variety of Contact Experiences

The presentation examines a range of reported morphological characteristics and the principal reasons attributed by witnesses to their alleged contact experiences with Non-Human Intelligences (NHI). It will include selected cases involving Spanish-speaking experiencers, as well as key findings from the MUFON Experiencer Survey. In addition, a review of relevant studies examining the psychological well-being and mental health of individuals who report contact experiences.  

An Analysis of the Missing Time Phenomenon

Over the last nineteen years Dave has investigated hundreds of contact cases from around the world. These cases contain many aspects which are repeated again and again. One of these repeated aspects is what is commonly referred to as “missing time”. Drawing on scientifically proven knowledge about the workings of the human brain, as well as observations from directly researched cases, Dave will briefly explain what is meant by missing time, before looking into the numerous possible reasons for why this fascinating aspect of contact occurs so regularly. He will finish by providing his personal viewpoints on what is taking place.

1950's Contactees : George King - The Cosmic Voice

Ananda had a personal encounter on 8th July 1964, during which he realized that telepathic communication with flying saucers is possible. This led him on the road to investigating the 1950's contactees who held a colorful spectrum of views about visitors from space and other planes of existence. In fact, in 1959 the BBC conducted an interview with one of these claimants and part of the presentation will include a clip from this prime-time TV show. Science is coming back to study possible life on the other planets in our solar system whilst searching for life on many exoplanets. Exciting times if disclosure is imminent. Do governments have the courage to present the world with the truth about NHI?

Lights, Crafts and Creatures in Hessdalen

Hessdalen is well known for its light phenomena, but there are many cases of reported crafts and creatures. This presentation will simply list 16 of the most known cases.

One case reports about an information download. One case indicates that the creatures noticed the observer, but in all other cases the creatures seemed to be indifferent to the humans.

What is the reason for HOTSPOTS, like Hessdalen?

Are these places with resources of interest, or is this a gateway for travelling?

What is in common with HOTSPOTS?

Are "they" as indifferent to "us" as an indication of intent, showing that "we" are not in their focus — at least there?

Are there any common properties for hotspots?

Minerals? Latitude? ...

UFO's are a Consciousness-Based Phenomenon

Rey will be presenting the survey findings of the world’s first and only 5-year academic statistical research study on UFO Contact Experiencers.  The survey was developed and supervised by a team of retired Ph.D. academics and was comprised of 3 extensive quantitative and qualitive surveys.  Over 4,250 UFO contact experiencers from more than 125 countries participated in our English language surveys. This academic research study data contradicts almost everything circulating in materialist Ufology.  Rey will argue that the UFO phenomenon, while perceived as physical, is actually a Consciousness-based paranormal phenomenon involving a manipulation of space-time.  The survey data was published in the peer reviewed “Journal of the Society for Scientific Exploration” as was previously supplied to your organization.
